About me

Eating well transformed my health

Diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, taking prescription drugs daily alongside self administered injections for ten years, I decided to completely change the way I ate hoping to reduce the inflammation. Within months I was able to taper my medication and to date I am meds and pain free.

The magic of eating the right foods for my condition inspired me to retrain and help others.

What to expect

Start by booking a complimentary call‍ ‍to discuss your health concerns and which programme may be right for you.

Once booked, forms will be completed about your current diet, family medical history and medications & supplements.

During the initial consultation, your health status will be established together with an understanding of your current diet, lifestyle, food preferences and goals.

An evidence based personalised food and lifestyle plan will be created followed by an optional ten minute call to answer any questions.

Follow-up consultations are recommended to take place within six weeks. Here we review your progress and adjust your plan so it continues to support you.
